You’ll receive a step-by-step access guide with your confirmation email, including door codes and walkthrough videos.

We allow a 15-minute grace period after your booking. Arriving early or staying longer without prior approval may result in additional charges. If you need extra time, let us know—we're happy to help if the schedule allows.

Full payment is collected at check-out. We accept Stripe and PayPal, including major credit cards and digital wallets.

Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.

No smoking, alcohol, or cooking is permitted. Light food prep is allowed.

At this time, we don’t allow pets in the studio. Some of our furniture pieces are hand-made and can be easily damaged in certain situations. That said—we’re animal lovers too! If your project involves an animal and you feel it’s essential to your shoot, please contact us. We’re open to discussing special cases.

If you have a service animal, please also let us know in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.

You're welcome to use special effects as long as you fully restore the studio to its original condition. If extra cleaning is required, additional charges may apply.

No, our studio is fully self-service. However, you’ll receive clear step-by-step instructions and access codes via email once your booking is confirmed. For urgent issues, a support number will also be provided.
